Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide using our global fulfilment partners. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

How Shipping Works

Once your order is packed, it is shipped using a tracked courier service. Depending on your location, your order may be fulfilled from one of our international warehouses and handed over to a trusted local delivery partner (such as USPS, Royal Mail, or Australia Post) for final delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK, Europe, US, Canada: 7-12 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 6-10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10-15 business days

These timeframes are estimates. Occasionally customs checks or local courier issues can cause delays.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on the way. It may take 24-48 hours to update once the shipment is in transit or handed over to the local delivery partner.

Customs & Import Duties

For most destinations, we ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means duties and taxes are prepaid and you should not be charged on delivery.

DDP destinations currently include:
US, UK, EU, Australia, and select other regions.

For some countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means local import taxes and duties may be charged by the courier before delivery.

Your shipping method will indicate whether your order is DDP or DDU at checkout. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or appears stuck in transit, please get in touch. Tracking updates can occasionally pause, especially during customs processing or in remote areas.

We will investigate this with our logistics partners. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
