pedí la mochila el dia 12 de noviembre y lo he recibido el dia 24 por lo que el pedido han sido 9 dias laborales de espera
lo pedí desde la app "shop" y aunque no actualiza del todo bien el pedido al final todo ha salido perfecto.
todo estaba en buenas condiciones y sin defectos aparentes

I’ve run this backpack through its paces as I travel often. It’s holding up great and I can get through about 5+ days with the space provided! I ordered this bag for a work trip I was taking to Canada, and thought it would make it in time. I thought I had paid for expedited shipping to make it on time. I reached out and they responded same day. They kindly corrected me and told me that they only do standard shipping. Then proceeded in the next few days to do everything they could to get my bag to me as soon as possible. Impeccable customer service and response time. I have the bag now and I love it.
