Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Portal

Returns are handled through my returns partner, Redo, with return hubs in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union (Netherlands), and Australia (including New Zealand returns).

United States

At checkout, you have the option to prepay $3.98 for discounted return shipping. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label through the portal.

If you do not prepay, return shipping will cost $7.98 when creating your label.

A small $4 return processing fee applies to all returns to help cover handling and warehouse costs.

Canada, UK, EU (Netherlands), Australia, and New Zealand

You’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label directly through the portal.

Return shipping costs will be shown when creating the label and deducted from your refund. The $4 return processing fee applies.

Other countries

Returns are still possible, but international return shipping and import fees can be high and are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure on sizing, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the return being received and checked.
