I had an issue with the delivery, but Dylan was very professional and understanding. He quickly found a solution.
I have now finally received my backpack and I must say, its practicality and quality are superior to all the ones I’ve used in the past.
The space is adjustable, and the bag is light and comfortable.
If I could make one single recommendation, it would be about the front pocket—it’s sometimes not as easy to access quickly and to store “small items.” Maybe a horizontal pocket could help?
In any case, I highly recommend it!
I love this backpack. I tell everyone I know about this backpack. I was searching for backpacks for a while before this one floated down from the sky like an angel. It was between this and the Osprey 26+6, but design and discreetness was lacking in the 26+6. I was also looking at the ULA firefly but the price held me back. This backpack has all the features I wanted - lightweight, expandable, VERTICAL luggage passthrough (side passthrough is just a pain with a water bottle), water bottle holder, can fit two laptops (16 inch, 13 inch AND an ipad all just in the tech compartment). Now the ULA cicada seems closest to this but without expandability and with triple the price tag. And this backpack design just looks so slick. For all the 5'3'' girlies its a great size and easy to carry long distances (like walking through new york with a full backpack for hours).
I've used this for so many trips and have room to spare. It's my EDC & week long trip backpack. I love that the material is lightweight. It's not going to have the heft of a peak design - but that's not what I wanted. I don't have the desire to carry around a 3 lb bag everywhere and at this price for these features it's a steal.
I've had it 4 months now and it's handled one international trip and multiple train rides. My only gripe is the outside zipper grips loosen and can fall out sometimes. The inside front picket zipper grip is a dream and I wish it was used throughout the bag. I love the side easy reach pocket on the right and the organization of the front panel. If anything happens to my pack I'll just get another of this. The features are just that perfect for me. Thanks for such a thoughtful and flexible design Dylan!
received this backpack at the end of July.
front pocket gets a little hard to put stuff in if the bag is full, probably could benefit from an accordion-like design on the front pocket or whatever allows it to expand, and I would appreciate a dedicated keyring spot
honestly an amazing backpack
it took me a few minutes to think about any negatives for this backpack. I only came up with 2 suggestions to make the pack even better than it already is, and it’s funny because you’ve likely already added these ideas to your next version.
I’ve used this pack daily since August, and I keep telling my girlfriend how much I am thankful for her buying it for me.
THANK YOU SO MUCH
love from USA
Amazing backpack its my go to backpack, ive never had a one bag travel bag until now, and ill never use a suitcase again, highly highly recommend and worth the price.
I got this a while back for school, I know it's a travel backpack but I use it for school. I was excited to clip on my lulu the pig keychain. However when I go back to my car after school, I happen to notice the zipper cable just flayed out and it dropped my keychain. Which costed quite a bit of money. That's just something to keep in mind, probably don't clip on any keychains to it. I didn't think it'd be that weak and even so the only way for it to unravel is to have it pressured upwards, but my keychain was obviously putting a down force on it so I don't get how it just unraveled.
I do have another keychain, but now I'm not so sure I want to put it on this backpack anymore. Also another thing is the keychain itself isn't heavy, yet the zipper kept dropping down for some reason. I chose that zipper specifically since it was a good spot for a keychain that size. The other options weren't as nice.
Don't get me wrong though, besides this experience it's a nice backpack, I just wished there was some sort of clip mechanism or extra strength on these zipper cables to hold keychains on without the worry of it unravelling and dropping your keychain (in my case it was a lulu the pig, and it's quite expensive like around 20-30 bucks). So just dropped and lost 30 bucks instantly. First day putting the keychain on as well.
