About Almond Oak
My name's Dylan. I've been one bagging for over two years, and I kept asking myself: why isn’t there a brand that solely caters to one bag travellers?
A brand that balances weight, performance, and functionality - not just for the backpack, but for everything inside it.
That’s why I created Almond Oak: a brand dedicated to creating every perfect product for one bag travel.
The first product is this travel backpack. After a year of design and iteration, I believe this is the perfect bag for one bag travel.
My goal is simple: to perfect every individual item a one bag traveller needs. Instead of making multiple versions of the same product, I’m creating one perfect backpack, then moving on to the perfect travel jacket, the perfect travel shoes, and so on.

What is the return policy?
You have 28 days from delivery to return your order, as long as it’s unused and in the original packaging.

Returns are handled through my partner, Redo, with local return hubs in the US, Canada, UK, EU (Netherlands), and Australia (including New Zealand returns).
United States
You can prepay $3.98 at checkout for discounted return shipping. If not, return shipping is $7.98 when creating your label and will be deducted from your refund.
Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand
You can generate a prepaid return label directly through the portal. Return shipping costs will be shown when creating the label and deducted from your refund.
A small $4 processing fee applies to all returns.
Other countries
Returns are still possible, but international return shipping and import fees can be high and are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure on sizing, feel free to reach out before ordering.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of the return being received and checked.

Is there a warranty?
There’s no formal multi-year warranty on the first version of the bag.
I’ve kept the price as low as possible and focused on making the product as strong and reliable as I can from the start.
That said, if anything arrives with a genuine defect such as a zipper or stitching issue, I’ll always take care of it. I stand behind the product and want you to feel confident using it.
If you ever have an issue, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your country.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll always see the final cost before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just email me and I’ll do my best to help :)
If you’re cancelling an international order, I’ll need to deduct the credit card processing fee. Unfortunately it’s non-refundable on my end. Everything else will be refunded as normal.
