I've been one bagging for over two years, and I kept asking myself: why isn’t there a brand that solely caters to one bag travellers?

A brand that balances weight, performance, and functionality - not just for the backpack, but for everything inside it.​

That’s why I created Almond Oak: a brand dedicated to creating every perfect product for one bag travel.

The first product is this travel backpack. After a year of design and iteration, I believe this is the perfect bag for one bag travel.

My goal is simple: to perfect every individual item a one bag traveller needs. Instead of making multiple versions of the same product, I’m creating one perfect backpack, then moving on to the perfect travel jacket, the perfect travel shoes, and so on.

Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item, as long as it’s in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Returns are currently supported through a returns partner with warehouses in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia - so if you’re in one of those countries, you’ll be able to send the item back easily. If you’re based elsewhere, I’d recommend holding off for now. International return shipping and import fees can get expensive, and I just want to be upfront about that.

The brand’s still young and I’m learning as I go - but fairness and transparency matter to me. If you’re unsure about anything before buying, feel free to reach out.

Is there a warranty?

There’s no formal multi-year warranty on the first version of the bag. I’ve kept the price as low as possible to make it accessible, and instead of building warranty costs into the price, I’ve focused on making the bag as good as I can from the start.

That said, if anything arrives with a genuine defect - like a broken zipper or stitching issue - I’ll always take care of it. I stand behind the product and want you to feel confident using it.

Right now, I don’t have the infrastructure in place to offer repairs or long-term coverage - but it’s something I hope to build in the future. If you’re ever unsure, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll always see the final cost before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email me quickly and I’ll do my best to adjust it.
